After completing the online training, you’ll meet with your local mentor – a MiZA zero-waste expert who understands the realities of small businesses. They will:

With your zero waste plan in place, you’ll implement changes with ongoing support from your mentor. We’ll help you prepare for the certification audit, ensuring you’re fully ready to meet requirements and achieve recognition as a zero-waste business.
Once ready, we’ll schedule your audit and award certification based on the data and evidence you’ve collected.
